Top Colleges Awarding Degrees to Hispanics
Bachelors: (Note all the top ten colleges are in states where the Hispanic population is high. Also they are located in specific areas where the Hispanic population is very high. Similarly, if India wants more highly educated STs it needs to establish top-notch universities -- Central Universities, in areas with high density of STs.)
